Trip IndoChina - Glass Skywalk-Cable Car-Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie, China

Trip Indo-China

Day #3 (Part 2)

Tianmen Mountain - Zhangjiajie, China. - Glass Skywalk & Cable Car

Selepas memanjat 999 anak tangga Tianmen Mountain, kami terpaksa panjat bukit dan tangga lagi.. mengah bukan main dibuatnya... masa tu hati berkata.. ingatkan habis dah panjat2 ni..boleh terus je ke tempat glass skywalk tu, adoiii.. rupa2nya... hmmm..kena jugak panjat lagi..Kaki dah mula menggeletar ni.. dah sudah panjat-panjat tu, baru sampai ke jambatan gantung dan glass skywalk tapi sangat berbaloi... Subhanallah!

The Cliff-Hanging Walkway

Tianmen mountain walk along the sheer cliff

The walkway was built along the edges of this mountain's summits, clinging to the vertical cliffs. The walkway is about 1.6 kilometers long, about 1,400 meters high. The cliff side loop takes about 1½ hours. At the end of the walkway, there is a hanging bridge linking two peaks.

Kita org ni sebenarnya berdua je.. Tapi masa ambik gambar dengan bendera malaysia ni.. tourist-tourist cina2 tu jadi teruja plak.. Terus menyelit2 kat kita org nak enter frame.. Akak pun suruh lah mereka jerit... Malaysia boleh! So, dia org pun sebutlah malai shia :))

The Glass Skywalk — "the Walk of Faith"

The glass walkway (or "the Walk of Faith") is part of the cliff-hanging walkway, and is the highest section. The skywalk is 60 meters long, with a width of 1.6 meters. On a clear day, walking on it, a sheer drop of thousands of feet below can be clearly seen.

It gives a thrilling feeling like walking in the sky. It is definitely not suitable for the faint hearted. It is interesting to see people (scared of the height) leaning against the cliff as they cross it.

seterusnya berjalan lagi..
bergambar di sini  sekejap...

Tiba-tiba terjumpa seorang wanita chinese muslim yang menegur kami memberi salam..

dan baiknya hati memberi kami makanan iaitu sekeping roti nan...
kami pun memang tak menolak langsunglah :))

nampak tu...menyengih je kita orang.. maklumlah tak dapat cari makanan halal kat situ..

The World's Longest Cable Car Ride up to the Mountain Top

The mountain is best reached by cable car. The aerial tramway ride is the longest in the world, taking about 30 minutes for over 7.5 kilometers. The last part of the cable way is very steep, going up at 37 degrees over sheer cliffs to one of the mountain peaks.

The scenery viewed from the cable car is fantastic: lush mountain peaks, the 99 Bends (99 sharp curves on a road up to the mountain peak), and deep valleys. One cable car holding eight people. The cable way may close when there are thunder storms, high winds, or heavy snowfalls.

Ni tingkat yang last sekali..

nak selfie jap..

ok, jom ikuti beratur pi beli tiket..

Kalau nak tau.. Inilah Tagline Tianmen Mountain agaknya... "He who fails to climb need not have come to Zhangjiajie"  :)) ..nampak poster ni di tempat queue cable car td..masa nak turun ke bawah.. Nasib baiklah akak dah gagahkan juga...

Moh naik cable car... harga tiketnya 40 yuan

Turun dengan cable car dgn jaraknya 7.5km.. seram jugak pandang ke bawah..

ok, dah sampai bawah...
nak balik dulu... kaki dah nak tercabut ni...
penatnyaaaaaaaa....
tapi sangat puas hati! :))

Sempat beli buah bawak balik hotel..

Jumpa lagi nanti!
